Field Trip

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION

Group discounts are available for local organizations bringing 20 or more children on a single date at the same location.

  • Cost: $11 per child

  • Adult chaperones are free (we require 1 adult for every 6 children)

  • Field trips are not allowed on major school break days (such as winter break or spring break)

  • We allow only one field trip per day — early booking is encouraged

  • There is no capacity limit for field trips- we have 30,000sq feet of space for your enjoyment!

BOOKING DETAILS

  • A $220 deposit is required at the time of booking (covers the first 20 children)

  • The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date within 6 months if you need to cancel

  • Additional children will be charged at $11 per child; payment for the final headcount is due 24 hours before your visit

  • The reservation blocks a 3-hour time slot for your group (arrival time can be adjusted after booking if requested)

  • If your group has fewer than 20 children, you can purchase regular day passes through our website

WAIVERS

  • All children must have a completed liability waiver submitted at least 48 hours in advance

  • Waiver options will be sent by email after booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Field trips are available to schools, community groups, daycares, and nonprofit organizations

  • Parties or celebrations may not be combined with field trips. If you’d like to host a party, please visit our parties page for options

  • Groups are responsible for active supervision of children, including monitoring exits and shared spaces
